Before training with SWPT I felt like I was plateauing, not achieving, not failing. 

The biggest changes I have noticed since I started training are: Better knowledge of the food I need to eat and that I need to use weights for bone density.

Sam offers great support and lots of personal touches, I.e adjusted moves when I’d injured myself,  whatsapp support with my diet. The little extras mean alot The support is epic, I feel like we’re on the journey of transforming me together. If someone is considering personal training with Sam, I’d say DO IT!
